The Literary Life Podcast is an ongoing conversation about the skill and art of reading well and the lost intellectual tradition needed to fully enter into the great works of literature. And check out our sister podcast The Well Read Poem with poet Thomas Banks.

School Sucks is a podcast, You Tube channel, and web community empowering parents and self-directed learners. For 12 years we've promoted freedom in education, and we've called out covert indoctrination. We discuss: + educational alternatives like homeschooling and unschooling + career freedom without college + the principles of self-directed learning + the strategies of critical thinking/information literacy + the rewards of self-knowledge/personal development This is NOT a show about school reform. The schools will not improve. Higher education will not improve. The politics around these institutions will not improve. Only we can improve.
For many years now, Afterthoughts has been a sort of intellectual watering hole for classical, Charlotte Mason homeschooling mamas. At Afterthoughts, we have spent over a decade nourishing our minds on theology, educational philosophy, and a million other books and subjects thrown in – all the while bringing these ideas into a direct collision course with our daily lives. As an audio companion, this podcast is a chance to hear Afterthoughts blog posts rather than read them. Couple that with some bonus content focused on books and interviews, and you’ve got AfterCast. Go to afterthoughtsblog.net to learn more.

Jump into world history with a bird's eye view of the human story. Your host, Dr. Scott Swartsfager, uses his PhD in history and years of teaching to connect the world across time. Too often historians focus on names and dates rather than the juicy story of how we came to be who we are today. History should never be boring because it’s our story! Each week he unfolds another chapter in the history of the world from a bird’s-eye view. This history is engaging, interesting, and relevant. This is the history you want to know, not what you were forced to learn. This is History Unbound.

Do you want to pursue the dream God placed on your heart and serve your family well?

It is possible!

Welcome to the Purposeful Impact podcast!

On this podcast, you’ll find permission to pursue your dreams your way, practical solutions to challenges you might face, and tips for becoming a more influential leader. (And yes, you are a leader!)

If you‘re ready to rediscover who you are, feel more fulfilled, and pursue your dreams as you care for your family, you‘re in the right place!

Hey, I‘m Crystal Wagner. I'm a life, leadership, and homeschool coach, and it's my mission to help women pursue their God-inspired dreams.

I know what it's like to want to use your gifts and talents in your home and beyond. If you're like me, you recognize your influence and impact on your children, but you also want to pursue a God-given dream and have an impact beyond your home too. As a coach, I help you rediscover and embrace who you are and clarify your vision so you can pursue your dreams while serving your family well.

When you live a life of purposeful impact, you will know who you are, what renews your energy, and what brings you joy. You can cultivate an atmosphere where your whole family can thrive, which will also help you juggle your many responsibilities and avoid burnout and an identity crisis when your children graduate. As you clarify your vision and live out your God-ordained dreams, you will feel more fulfilled and have a greater impact in your home and beyond.
Ready to pursue your dreams with confidence?

Here are three ways I can support you on your journey:

2. Take the CliftonStrengths Assessment. Strengths-based coaching focuses on improving what you naturally do well while managing your weaknesses. It explores how you do what you do. Your top five talent themes are unique to you. The odds of someone else having your same top five themes are 1 in 33 million!

3. Engage me as a Life, Leadership, or Homeschool Coach. For a limited number of clients, I work one-on-one as a coach or with a group as a coach and facilitator. We’ll work together to identify and overcome limiting beliefs that are holding you back and help you develop the right mindset and skills to help you pursue your dreams.
